The 21 Richest People In Nigeria 2013 (SEE THE LIST)

Very few Nigerians have made the Forbes list of richest people in the world the reason been that Forbes estimates the wealth of individuals and rank them based on the value of shares they have in quoted companies (companies listed on the stock exchange).

The few Nigerians that have the list are Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga and Femi Otedola. The list of top 21 Richest Nigerian billionaires has been based on:

The value of their shares held in quoted companies, the size and market share of their companies, the number of companies they own and its assumed value, the market value of their company’s brand and the impact of their companies on the Nigerian economy.

Woman Kills Son, Commits Suicide After Finding Her Husband In Bed With Another Woman

A woman committed suicide after apparently finding her husband in bed with another woman, so says The Daily Sun.
Witnesses say they saw her standing in the middle of the railway tracks with a baby on her back.
As the train approached, she tried to save her baby but it was too late.

Man Drowns New-Born Daughter, Says "I Wanted a Son not a Daughter"

A man in Pakistan who confessed to drowning his one-and-a-half year old daughter says he now regrets his actions. His family says it was because he wanted a son, but it highlights the grave issue, across South Asia, of female infanticide.

The BBC's reporter met the family in Lahore. We meet 28-year-old Umar Zaib as he waits, shackled, outside court.

"It was a mistake," he tells me. "I made a big mistake. I don't know what was going through my mind when I did it."

Colombia arrests woman with 'Fake Pregnancy bump' containing Cocaine (PHOTOS)

A Canadian national has been arrested in Colombia after trying to board a flight to Toronto with a phony pregnant belly stuffed with cocaine, police say.

The tourist caught the attention of a policewoman at Bogota's International Airport who allegedly asked her how far along she was.
She reacted aggressively, which aroused the suspicion of officials who went on to search her.
This year, nearly 150 people were caught with drugs at Bogota's airport.
About a third of them were foreign nationals, according to the Colombian authorities
