Tragedy and Chaos on Ajah Road in Lagos as trailer kills five school children

There's serious pandemonium on Ajah Road in Lagos as you read this. Area boys and passers-by are clashing with policemen after a trailer crushed five students as they were crossing the road. The sad incident happened close to Ikota Primary School and the dead pupils are believed to be making their way to the school when they were killed. The tanker driver abandoned his truck and escaped.

STRANGE BUT TRUE: See The 19-Year Old Girl Who Has No Womb Or Vagina (PHOTOS)

A teenager has spoken of her ‘total shock’ at being told at the age of 17 she had no vagina.  Jacqui Beck, 19, has Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser aka MRKH, a rare syndrome which affects the reproductive system – meaning she has no womb, cervix or vaginal opening. She was only diagnosed after she went to her GP about back pain – and mentioned in passing that she hadn’t started her periods.

Tests revealed her condition and that where her vagina should be, there is simply an ident, or ‘dimple’ – meaning she is unable to have sex or carry her own child. Women with the condition appear completely normal externally - which means it is usually not discovered until a woman tries to have sex, or has not had her first period. Beck, from the Isle of Wight, admits when she was first diagnosed, she felt ‘like a freak’.

A fascinating video shows a set of newborn twins, a boy and a girl, locked in a tender embrace with their eyes closed as they are bathed for the very first time. The 2minute 50-second long clip was uploaded to YouTube on November 8 by Paris-based midwife Sonia Rochel, and has since been watched almost 4million times. Ms Rochel made the clip public to showcase 'The Thalasso Baby Spa' - a small bath tub and shower unit she designed for babies to replicate the feeling of being in the womb.
