Ballerina Mary Helen Bowers is about to give birth to her first child, and has been dancing through pregnancy with unbelievable agility and breathtaking grace.
Bowers, the woman behind the Ballet Beautiful fitness company and the trainer who helps get Victoria's Secret models into runway form, has been documenting the stages of her pregnancy in a series of stunning photographs. She has been sharing these steps of her journey to motherhood on her Instagram account.
"I've found the entire process of being pregnant to be such a miraculous, beautiful time," she told The Huffington Post in an email Friday. "As a first-time mom I am so excited! My instinct has been not only to capture this special time, but [also] to share it with others, too. Pregnancy is magical, I've never felt more 
connected to my body. Looking back I'm so happy that I've taken so many photos and really documented the different stages."

'I Found Christ' - Charles Okafor On Why He's Been Off The Movie Scene

 

Just incase you've been wondering where actor Charles Okafor has been all these while, no need to worry any more, he’s finally broken his silence.

In a chat with The Entertainer, Charles said he's been off cos he found Christ.

Charles said:

"I’ve been lying low for a while because I diverted into Advocacy and human-angle films as a consequence of my new found faith.  I’m still a career actor and a film maker but I am mindful of the scripts I do.  

A time come in the life of any professional when he seats back and takes stock of his professional issues and the legacy he wants to leave behind from the spiritual standpoint of view.

While most brides dream of throwing a white wedding which will make other women green with envy,  this 44 years old bride painted herself and her husband-to-be green for their fairy-tale wedding based on the film Shrek.

 

Amanda, 44, and Nathan Gibbs, 39, wedded today after eight years together.
They had lost a number of friends to cancer, so the couple decided to wed dressed as Shrek and Fiona and use the day to raise money for charity.

Instead of wedding gifts, the couple asked their guests to donate money to Cancer Research.

Guests also came dressed up for the themed celebrations - dressing up as the Gingerbread Man, Mickey Mouse and Jack Sparrow from Pirates Of The Caribbean.

Nigeria's Economy Is Now The Largest In Africa (New GDP Data)

In about three weeks from now, when the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) releases the rebased Gross Domestic Product (GDP) it will show that Nigeria has overtaken South Africa as Africa’s largest economy, which will have great economic and geopolitical implications.

This is according to emerging markets focused investment banking firm Renaissance Capital, whose team of analysts were in Abuja, over the weekend.

“We are revising up our estimate of Nigeria’s GDP by 53 percent. The NBS has nearly completed its work, and our new estimate is that a 45 percent to 60 percent uplift is likely, and we are taking 53 percent as the mid-point figure. We expect the data in January,” said Renaissance Capital analysts led by Charles
