Photos: Dayo 'D1' Adeneye opens multimillion Naira hotel in Lagos

Multiple award winning TV and Radio broadcaster, Dayo 'D1' Adeneye has completed a hotel worth over N100million in the Mile 12 area of Lagos. The hotel named DC Suites is located at Oke Awo street in Bako Estate after Mile 12. Part of the hotel was opened for the world cup but they are still putting finishing touches here and there.

DC is an acronym for Dayo & Caroline, his wife's name. The hotel has 19 rooms, including standard and executive rooms. See more photos after the cut...

“Nigerian Messi” Joins United On Trial

Highly-rated Nigerian youngster, 16-year-old Ogo Obi, has joined Premiership giants Manchester United on a one year trial deal.

Obi, who was highly impressive in last year’s Milk Cup where he scored 10 goals in five games for Watford, was nicknamed “Nigerian Messi” after his exploits at the tournament.

He was also being monitored by United’s premier league rivals, Liverpool and Arsenal, for some time.

The party – “Carmelo Anthony Kehinde Wiley Dinner” hosted by Grey Goose at Sunset Tower was held yesterday Wednesday 15th July 2014 in West Hollywood, California.

Kelly who was holding her bump throughout the party, styled black dress with diamond earrings, a black wrist watch, her wedding ring and black booties.

Also spotted at the party were Tina Knowles, Randy Jackson and Carmelo Anthony.

Diego Maradona has admitted that his compatriot Lionel Messi, did not deserve the Golden Ball award he received, after the 2014 World Cup ended on Sunday.
FIFA announced the Argentina forward, ahead of Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben and James Rodriguez, as winner of the prestigious individual award.
Messi scored four times in seven matches, but Maradona says it is not enough and he won it for commercial reasons.
“Messi? I would give him heaven if possible,” Maradona said during his show on Telesur.
“But it’s not right when someone wins something that he shouldn’t have won just because of some marketing plan.”
