It's been a tough week for troubled star Justin Bieber,
who was arrested in Miami on Thursday, Jan. 23 for drag racing and a
DUI. After being released on a bail of $2,500: $1,000 for DUI, $1,000
for resisting arrest and $500 for an expired license, the 19-year-old
pop sensation quickly headed to Panama.
By his side while on the tropical excursion was mentor Usher and Bieber's rumored new girlfriend, model Chantel Jeffries, who was in the car with him at the time of the arrest.
The "Boyfriend" singer and his posse are staying at Nitro City, an action sports facility located right at the tip of the peninsula on the beach at Punta Chame that features a wake lake, skateboard park, dirt bike track, jet
skiing, sky diving, and kite surfing.

Though the facility has been cut off from the public and Bieber appears to be keeping a low profile, the pop superstar was spotted skateboarding with R&B legend Usher and the sports director at Nitro City, Ricardo Conte.
Following his arrest, Bieber opened up on Twitter to thank his fans for their support, tweeting, "YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS >> BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL> MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE> I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL.
