The photo above went viral last week. It shows a senior police officer
believed to be an Assistant Commissioner of
Police fondling the boobs of a light skinned lady. The Nigerian Police
Force released a
statement via their Facebook page a few days ago
claiming the pic is Photoshopped. It doesn't look Photoshopped to me.
Looks like the lady took the photo herself...
