The "Fast & Furious" franchise's YouTube
page has released a tribute video to Paul Walker. The 40-year-old
starred in five of the six "Fast & Furious" films before his death
on Nov. 30 following injuries sustained in a car accident. Walker played
Brian O'Conner in the Universal Pictures film series, and was on a
break from filming "Fast and Furious 7" at the time of his death.
Production on that film has been stopped until further notice.
“Right now, all of us at Universal are dedicated to providing support to Paul's immediate family and our
extended 'Fast & Furious' family of cast, crew and filmmakers," a representative for Universal said in a statement on Wednesday. "At this time we feel it is our responsibility to shut down production on 'Fast &
Furious 7' for a period of time so we can assess all options available to move forward with the franchise."
