Akintola was remanded yesterday in Agodi prison for allegedly raping
and impregnating his daughter.
Prosecutor Oluyemi Eyiaromi told the court that the girl was carrying a three-month old pregnancy for her father, who resides in a one-room apartment with her mother and other siblings.According to him,the girl said her father always come down from bed to rape her on the mat on several occasions.She said she complained to her mother’s family but no one listened
The Chief Magistrate of Iyaganku Chief Magistrate’s court, Ibadan who adjourned the case till May 11.
